In 2019, Bank Central Asia (BCA) made the decision to revamp its
public website. As one of the largest banks in Indonesia, this
move was a significant step forward in keeping up with the
evolving trends and technology.
The BCA Public Website
was officially launched in the middle of 2021. The design phase
took one year, and the remaining time was dedicated to front-end
and back-end development.
As we know, Bank Central Asia
(BCA) has a well-established and strong brand identity, which
presented a unique challenge for our project. Our task was to
enhance both the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX)
without compromising the bank's distinctive identity.
